How to schedule a virtual appointment

Virtual appointments are available for current patients, are limited to certain health issues and must be scheduled in advance. To make a virtual appointment, you must first call Peak Primary Care.

Equipment you will need for your virtual visit

Internet access as well as a computer, tablet or smartphone with a camera and speakers are required. For more information on what is needed, see Doxy.me’s Getting Started Guide for Patients

Steps You Need to Take

Step 1: Make sure you can open your provider’s Doxy.me page using the buttons below. If you are using a PC/Android/Tablet, Chrome and Firefox work best. If you are using an Apple device Mac/iPhone/iPad, Safari works best.

Step 2: Call Peak Primary Care to request a virtual appointment with one of the providers offering virtual visits. You must schedule your virtual appointment with us before moving on to step 3.

Step 3: Please check in at least 5 minutes prior to appointment. For check in tips, see Doxy.me’s Guide for Checking In as a Patient.

Step 4: From the list below find who your virtual visit is with and click the "Enter Waiting Room" button next to their picture.

Step 5: Follow the instructions on the screen. Be sure to allow any requests to access your camera or microphone.

Cost of Virtual Visits

Virtual visits may have a cost. Please consult your health plan or contact your provider’s office for more information.

Virtual visits (telehealth) use telecommunications technology to provide real-time health care to patients at a distance.

No, you do not need to create an account with Doxy.me to see your provider.

All data is encrypted and patient sessions are anonymous (Doxy.me does not know who you are). Additionally, Doxy.me does not store patient information. Doxy.me uses the AES cipher with 128-bit keys to encrypt audio/video, and HMAC-SHA1 to verify data integrity.
