Colorado Physician Partners contracts with most major commercial health insurance plans including Aetna, Anthem, Cigna and UnitedHealthcare, as well as an AARP® Medicare Advantage plan from UnitedHealthcare.
As part of PHPprime, the largest primary care focused Independent Practice Association (IPA) in the Denver metro area, Colorado Physician Partners gets additional support from Physician Health Partners. Physician Health Partners serves as our primary care management services organization and provides support with contracting and network development, provider relations, care coordination, financial and data management, risk adjustment coding education, and clinical quality improvement services.
