How to schedule a virtual appointment
Virtual appointments are available for current patients, are limited to certain health issues and must be scheduled in advance. To make a virtual appointment, you must first call Family Medicine Clinic.
Equipment you will need for your virtual visit
Internet access as well as a computer, tablet or smartphone with a camera and speakers are required. If you are doing a phone call only visit, you do not need the camera function.
Steps You Need to Take
Step 1: Check your browser. If you are using a PC/Android/Tablet, Chrome and Firefox work best. If you are using an Apple device Mac/iPhone/iPad, Safari works best.
Step 2: Call Family Medicine Clinic to request a virtual appointment with one of the providers offering virtual visits. You must schedule your virtual appointment with us before moving on to step 3.
Step 3: Please check in at least 5 minutes prior to appointment.
Cost of Virtual Visits
Virtual visits may have a cost. Please consult your health plan or contact your provider’s office for more information.
